These terms govern your access to and use of the Grenada Voter Registry ("this service", "we"). By using this civic tool, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

1.Independent Civic Project

This platform is an independent civic utility and is not an agency, branch, or representative of the Parliamentary Elections Office of Grenada (PEO). While data is compiled from official gazetted publications, the PEO's official portal at peogrenada.org remains the sole authoritative legal record.

2.Information Accuracy & Warranty

This tool is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain high accuracy through automated ETL verification, electoral rolls are subject to continuous statutory revisions and addenda.

Do not rely solely on this website for formal voting challenges, ballot eligibility, or legal filings. Always verify status with your assigned Constituency Office.

3.Permitted Use

You may use this service for personal, non-commercial voter lookup and civic verification. You agree not to:

  • Deploy automated scrapers, crawlers, or extraction bots against search endpoints;
  • Compile bulk contact, marketing, or mailing lists of individual citizens;
  • Attempt to bypass security boundaries to extract non-public voter attributes;
  • Disrupt or degrade the availability of the service for other citizens.

4.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the maintainers of this project be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this civic search tool.
