How to Register to Vote
Voter registration in Grenada is managed by the Parliamentary Elections Office (PEO). Registration is free, open year-round (except during an election writ period), and takes only a few minutes in person.
Registration Steps
Check you are eligible
You must be a Grenadian citizen (or Commonwealth citizen resident in Grenada), aged 18 or over, and not disqualified under the Representation of the People Act.
Gather your documents
Bring a valid form of identification such as a birth certificate or passport, and proof of your current address (utility bill, tenancy agreement, etc.).
Visit your Constituency Office
Go in person to the Constituency Office for the constituency where you live. Registration is free and open continuously except after a writ of election has been issued.
Complete the registration form
The Registration Officer will record your details and photograph you for your Voter ID card. The entire process takes only a few minutes.
Collect your Voter ID card
Your Voter ID card is typically ready within about two weeks. First-time registration is free. A replacement card costs EC$20.
