About This Site

The Grenada Voter Registry is an independent civic information tool built to make it easier for Grenadians at home and in the diaspora to check their voter registration status, locate their polling division, and understand the registration process.

What This Site Does

  • Lets you search the official Grenada electoral roll by name to confirm your registration status, constituency, and polling division.
  • Lets you enter a village or locality to find the corresponding polling division and polling station building.
  • Provides a step-by-step guide to first-time voter registration and a directory of Constituency Offices.
  • Displays an interactive map of Grenada's parishes and constituencies.

📊 Data Source

All electoral roll data is sourced from the Consolidated Lists of Electors and Constituency Addendums published by the Parliamentary Elections Office of Grenada (PEO) . These documents are public records released periodically (typically in June and December each year) and are available on the PEO website.

Polling division boundaries and polling station information are sourced from the PEO's Electoral Constituencies and Polling Divisions Table and Polling Stations documents.

🔒 Privacy Commitment

Search results show only what the PEO's own public search already exposes: registration status, constituency, and polling division. Sensitive fields from the electoral roll (sex, occupation, home address) are stored in a private database and are never returned by any public-facing feature on this site.

No individual-level data is available for export. Aggregated or statistical views (when added) will always be at constituency or polling-division level, never per individual.

👨🏽‍💻 Built By

This site is a solo civic-tech project. It is self-hosted and maintained independently with the goal of making public electoral information more accessible to Grenadians everywhere.

If you notice incorrect data, a bug, or have a suggestion, please use the Contact page to get in touch.

⚙️ How It Works

Electoral roll PDFs released by the PEO are processed through an automated pipeline that parses each record and stores it in a relational database. A fast search index (Meilisearch) enables typo-tolerant name lookups across all 96,000+ registered electors.

The site is updated whenever the PEO publishes a new Consolidated List or Addendum. The most recent data loaded is from the December 2025 Consolidated List and the March 2026 Addendum.
