This Privacy Policy explains how the Grenada Voter Registry ("this site", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website. By using this site you agree to the practices described below.
1 Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you use the voter name search or the polling division finder, the search term you enter is sent to our server to retrieve results. We do not store search queries linked to your identity.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, our server may log standard request data including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. These logs are used solely for diagnosing errors and understanding traffic volume, and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Electoral roll data
This site stores a copy of the public Consolidated List of Electors published by the Parliamentary Elections Office of Grenada. This is a public record. Sensitive fields from that record (sex, occupation, home address) are held in a private database and are never returned by any public feature of this site. The site only exposes what the PEO's own public search already exposes: name, constituency, and polling division.
2 Cookies
This site itself does not set any first-party cookies. However, third-party services used on this site (described below) may set their own cookies on your device.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the display of advertisements but will not affect the core search functionality of this site.
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (e.g. which pages are visited, how many visitors). It does not use cookies, does not track individuals across sites, and does not collect any personal information.
3 Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google AdSense uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. Server access logs are retained for a limited period for operational purposes and then deleted. The electoral roll data held in the database is updated periodically as the PEO publishes new lists and is not retained beyond what is needed to operate the lookup service.
6 Children's Privacy
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
